Keep in mind this is not a programmable type but does all that I want it to. I got it for a great price - much less than it cost to have the one in the other zone installed when the system was originally put in.
Installation is very simple. The directions are clear and cover every possible scenario. The one thing to be aware of is that you have to line up the pins perfectly or you can bend them which is what I did on my first attempt. The bent pin meant no connection and the result was the fan did not go on. I called tech support who went over all the possible problems. Apparently a bent pin was not on his list of problems because he did not come up with it as a solution. Luckily I noticed the bent pin, straightened it out, lined them up with the receptors and voila, everything worked beautifully!
I am now a very happy camper!
