(More customer reviews)Do not buy this item. You will not get the item pictured, and they (Northern Equipment) will try to charge you more than the quoted price for delivery.
The picture includes a REQUIRED fireplate, which is not included in the price -- or even available for purchase through Amazon. Northern Equipment will blame Amazon for false advertising. Also, you'll get a call from the shiping company saying that the $250 you were charged for shipping doesn't include getting this 400lb item off the truck. You'll have to pay another $100+ for that, and another $100+ for the faceplate that's pictured (and without which the insert is unusable).
This item should not be sold through Amazon. Whoever is at fault for the misrepresentation, it's false advertisement to show the faceplate that isn't included without mentioning that. Beware that Amazon will blame Northern, and Northern will blame Amazon. And then there's the false shipping price problem.
The only apparently good thing about this order is that, when I complained, Northern agreed to refund all my money. Except they didn't do that, and I've had to pursue the refund through Amazon.
