I read some reviews from viewers that suggested using Barkeepers Friend to get that shine back, and the rest is HISTORY! No matter what I cook in them, I let them sit with a little Barkeepers Friend soaking in them for about 5 minutes, and when I clean them, they look like NEW, with no effort on my part. This is a KEEPER!
