(More customer reviews)1-star rating due to poor quality control resulting in 2 of the 3 thermometers purchased not working, rather reading backwards. Apparently the manufacturer (RUTLAND) does not inspect adequately. Had inspection been done they would have noticed the spring coil was installed backwards in 2 units. After correct installation (not everyone would do this themselves) the product worked fine.
