(More customer reviews)It worked well for two cleanings. Then it stopped working all together. The ash is all over the living room from when I disconnected the hose. I couldn't get the filter cage off and called customer service. She told me to really twist it hard, I didn't want to break it. It finally came off and then I took the filter outside to clean it. There is ash everywhere outside too. She did say that next month an additional pre-filter will be available for me to purchase if I want it to work better. I am disabled and thought it may be a helpful tool and it was not helpful at all.
